Who we are
Inferencia Digital S.A. is a Panamanian artificial intelligence implementation company headquartered at Calle 50, Obarrio, Panama City. We design, integrate and operate AI voice and WhatsApp agents that answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments and automate processes, connected to each company’s CRM and systems, in Panama and Latin America.
Who we are and since when
Inferencia Digital S.A. was founded in 2025 in Panama City by Gustavo A. Villarreal with a clear vision: bring artificial intelligence into the real world by building it into the daily operation of companies, working alongside people to increase their capacity and improve efficiency.
Today we have voice and WhatsApp agents in production for organisations in Panama and the United States: airports, retail, services and energy. Every implementation follows the same four-phase path, with client sign-off at the end of each phase, and we operate what we launch: monitoring, review of real conversations and adjustments. What we publish about each client is what the client approved; we do not publish figures that have not been measured.

What we do

We implement voice agents that answer and place calls in Spanish, on Panamanian phone numbers.
- WhatsApp
We implement AI agents on WhatsApp Business API, on the company’s own number, with hand-off to people.
- Automation
We automate customer service, lead qualification, appointment booking and customer reactivation.
- Integrations
We integrate the agents with CRM, ERP, telephony, calendars, e-commerce and in-house systems via API.
- Operation
We operate what we implement: monitoring, review of real conversations, adjustments and support.

When the problem does not fit a standard agent, we design and implement the AI solution that does.
Where we operate
Headquartered at Calle 50, Obarrio, Ciudad de Panamá, Panama. Agents in production in Panama and the United States; implementations for companies across Latin America, carried out remotely with working sessions with each team, using phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts from the country of each operation. Our team works with clients in English and Spanish; the agents themselves are implemented primarily in Spanish.
